Here you will find all the latest Agendas for our council meetings. If there is anything specific you are searching for which isn’t included here, please get in contact and we’ll do our very best to provide you with the information or at the very least, point you in the right direction.
The meetings are open to the public and are currently held at Stainland and Holywell Green United Reform Church. If you would like to attend, please check the dates in each meeting agenda and pop along to the meeting. We would encourage you to contact the Clerk beforehand, so we know how many people are coming and, if you can explain what you would like to raise, we’ll be better prepared to give a substantive answer. We look forward to seeing you there.
Each meeting has a 15 minute “Public Participation” slot early on the agenda. This time is allocated for residents to speak to councillors on any matter of local concern.
The Government has recently announced that restrictions such as mask-wearing and social distancing will no longer be legally required but has strongly advised that such practices should continue, particularly when meetings take place in enclosed spaces. To reduce the risks of transmission, the Parish Council strongly supports this advice and, out of courtesy to others, requests that all persons attending meetings of the Council or its committees continue to wear masks and observe social distancing until further notice. Thank you.
