Asset Management
Committee
The Asset Management Committee is responsible for the Council’s fixed assets, which includes any items of furniture, equipment and any property or land which the Parish Council has an interest as owner or as a leaseholder.
These assets are included in the Council’s Asset Register, which is published each year following revaluation of the entries listed in it.

The Parish Council owns Drury Lane allotments site and land adjacent to it. The Council manage the allotments site and are working to develop the adjacent land as an orchard (see Environment Committee).
